I co-founded Last Floor Productions at the end of 2019 with my friends Firas Abou Fakher and Daniel Habib. The company is focused on the creation of compelling, character-driven genre fiction for film, television and digital platforms. Last Floor is committed to telling Arab stories wherever they may be and to bringing a diverse range of Arab voices into the global entertainment industry.
We have created, produced and released two television shows - Al Shak & Fixer - as Shahid Originals. We have also created a campaign for Apple in India and exhibition films for the V&A Museum in London.
We currently have half a dozen fiction projects at various stages of development in the UK, Canada, UAE and Lebanon.
